The value of completed construction works in Montenegro last year amounted to EUR 775 million, which is 2.1 percent less than in 2021, Monstat data show.
The value of completed construction works on buildings amounted to EUR 369 million, while on other buildings it amounted to EUR 406 million.
“Last year, 4.05 thousand apartments with a usable area of 281 thousand square meters were completed,” the statement added.
