The bankruptcy administration of Vektra Aviation has announced a public tender for the sale of the company, with a starting price of €5.17 million.
The sale will be conducted through public bidding, based on the submission of written offers. Both companies and individuals may participate, provided they pay a deposit of 5% of the starting price.
Offers must be submitted to the Commercial Court by December 2 at 14:00, and they will be opened the following day at 12:00.
An offer submitted by an individual must include personal details, a photocopy of an identification document, and proof of the deposit payment. A company’s offer must contain registration details, information about the authorized representative along with a valid power of attorney, proof of the deposit payment, and the proposed purchase price.
The bidding procedure will be considered valid if at least one offer is received within the deadline. The bidder offering the highest price will have exclusive priority in the selection process. If the selected bidder withdraws, they forfeit the right to a deposit refund, and the next highest bidder gains the right to purchase.
The bankruptcy administrator will make a decision on the accepted offer no later than five working days after the public opening of bids.
The selected buyer must pay the full purchase price within eight days of the final decision confirming the sale.
As a reminder, Vektra Aviation was previously offered for sale in June, when the starting price for the company and all its assets was €6.3 million.
