A tourist resort is planned to be built in the Budva settlement of Kamenovo, between the coastline and the Budva-Petrovac main road. The complex will consist of two hotels and 11 villas, all with a 4-star rating.
The investment is backed by Allamont, Phoenix, and Monte Co companies, who have submitted an Environmental Impact Assessment request to the Agency for Environmental Protection.
The total area for the development is 17,089 m², and the complex is expected to employ around 100 workers. The first hotel will have multiple floors, including technical rooms, kitchens, a spa, and 18 apartments on each of the first and second floors. It will also feature a pool and garage parking for 58 vehicles.
The second hotel will be built with similar facilities, including 18 apartments on the first and second floors, a pool, and 74 parking spaces in garages. In addition to the hotels, there will be a restaurant, villas with various layouts, and additional parking spaces across the development.
The entire project aims to enhance the region’s tourism infrastructure, with a total of 258 beds across the two hotels and villas.
