Tivat is currently hosting 2,320 tourists, which represents a 4% increase compared to the same period last year, according to the local Tourist Organization.
Even more notably, the number of tourists has surged by 44% compared to 2019, reports Radio Tivat.
The vast majority of visitors are foreigners, accounting for 2,230 guests, while domestic tourists make up only 85.
Private accommodation is the preferred choice, with 1,740 tourists opting for it, while 581 guests are staying in hotels.
In terms of nationality, Russian citizens make up the largest group of tourists in Tivat, representing 24.17% of the total. They are followed by visitors from Serbia (18.12%) and Turkey (10.7%).
Smaller numbers of tourists are also arriving from Bosnia and Herzegovina, the United Kingdom, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Croatia, Germany, and the United States.
