In Tivat, 6,720 tourists are currently staying in the town, marking a 6 percent increase compared to last year and 29 percent more than in 2019.
Private accommodations remain the most popular, hosting 5,490 foreign tourists and just six domestic visitors. Hotels also saw growth, with 1,140 arrivals, including 21 domestic and 1,119 foreign guests, representing a 31 percent increase from last year and 9 percent above 2019 levels. Smaller accommodation types, such as camps and resorts, recorded fewer arrivals but still showed positive trends.
The majority of visitors come from Serbia and Russia, with 1,450 tourists from Serbia (26.45 percent) and 914 from Russia (16.66 percent). Other notable sources include the United Kingdom (8.11 percent), Bosnia and Herzegovina (4.79 percent), Turkey (4.65 percent), Germany (4.17 percent), and smaller shares from Ukraine, Israel, the USA, and Azerbaijan, ranging between 2.24 and 3.32 percent.
These figures indicate a stable interest from regional and European tourists, alongside a growing number of visitors from more distant countries.
