Tivat’s Riviera is hosting 9,080 visitors across all types of accommodation, including 79 domestic and 8,990 foreign tourists, according to the latest data.
Compared to last year, this represents a 3% increase, and a 10% rise compared to 2019. Private accommodation remains the most popular, with 7,430 tourists, slightly down from last year, while hotels saw 1,490 visitors, a 35% increase. Resorts recorded 117 guests (+11%), and camps had 43 visitors, down 14% from last year.
The largest share of tourists comes from Serbia (2,290, 30.8%), followed by Russia (1,120, 15.1%) and the UK (432, 5.8%). Other notable arrivals include Bosnia and Herzegovina (421), Germany (295), and Ukraine (279), with growing numbers from Turkey, Israel, the USA, and Italy.
Overall, regional tourists still dominate, but rising interest from Western Europe and distant markets highlights Tivat’s growing presence on the global tourism map.
