The Ministry of Spatial Planning, Construction, and State Property has issued a public call for the long-term lease, for a period of 30 years, of state-owned land in the area of Sinjajevina in the Municipality of Šavnik, for the construction of a wind farm.
The deadline for submitting applications is March 1st at 1:00 PM, and the public oral auction will take place at the Ministry’s premises on March 4th at 10:00 AM.
The Ministry has invited interested investors to participate in the public auction.
The land is leased for the purpose of designing, constructing, exploiting, and maintaining a wind farm with a minimum installed capacity of 6.6 megawatts (MW) per wind turbine.
The initial annual lease price for the property is 569.5 thousand EUR. The lease price is adjusted annually for the corresponding annual inflation rate.
On the leased land, the auction participant is obliged to build a wind farm with a minimum installed capacity of 6.6 MW per wind turbine.
All domestic and foreign companies and individuals, as well as consortia, have the right to participate in the public auction if they have purchased the auction documentation, paid a deposit of five percent of the initial lease price, or 28.48 thousand EUR, signed the draft contract, and registered as auction participants.
In addition to the mentioned conditions, the participant must have experience in the design or construction of wind farms, prove a positive financial result in the last business year, and have experience in wind potential measurement in at least three locations.
Applications are submitted exclusively by direct submission to the Commission for Leasing Real Estate, at the Ministry’s address, IV Proleterske brigade Street No. 19, office No. 312.
The price of the auction documentation is ten thousand EUR and can be purchased until February 29th at 1:00 PM.
