The Basic Court in Kotor has announced a tender for the design and construction of a residential building based on an approved conceptual plan.
The project will be executed on a turnkey basis. The planned building will have a ground floor plus one floor and an attic, with a total gross floor area of 2,148.60 square meters.

Construction is to take place in the cadastral area of the Business Zone in Kotor, on a plot of 2,800 square meters.
The deadline for completing the works is 18 months from the date the contractor is assigned.
Sealed bids must be submitted in person to the Basic Court building in Kotor by August 19 at 1 PM. The public opening of bids is scheduled for the same day at 3 PM.
