The bankruptcy administration has announced a tender for the sale of assets of the company Vektra Montenegro, with an initial price of €1.5 million.
According to the tender, the sale includes office buildings, land, and forests in Pljevlja.
The property can be viewed on weekdays during the advertisement period, from 9 AM to 2 PM, with prior notice to the bankruptcy administrator.
Both businesses and individuals who, according to the laws of Montenegro, are eligible to purchase real estate are allowed to participate in the public auction, provided they submit the appropriate bid and pay the required deposit on time.
Bidders are required to pay a deposit of 5% of the initial price.
The decision regarding the selection of the most favorable bid will be made no later than eight days after the public opening of the bids.
Bids must be submitted by May 8th, by 1 PM. The bid opening will take place the following day, on May 9th, at 11 AM.
