City-hotel Sveti Stefan will, after two years, be opened on Friday, July 7th, and it will receive its first official guests for its 63rd birthday, it was confirmed by News from the Adriatic Properties company, which manages the hotel complex Sveti Stefan – Miločer.
The small fishing village of Pashtro, a medieval fortress that for centuries resisted the invasions of invaders, was transformed on July 13th, 1960, by the decision of the communist authorities at the time, into a fashionable summer resort, and in 2007 the DPS Government gave it a multi-decade lease.
Misunderstandings in the past two years, which is why Sveti Stefan was closed, have probably been somewhat overcome in the relationship between the Government of Dritan Abazović and the tenant, businessman Petros Statis, however, a dispute is still pending before the International Court of Arbitration in London, which Adriatic Properties is seeking to pay him EUR 100 million for breach of contract.
And the problem with the locals, who two years ago broke the gate on the Kraljičina beach and made it public, seems to have been solved, because the gate “returned” to the most beautiful Montenegrin beach. This summer, Kraljičina beach will be reserved for guests from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and then open to the public.
That everything is being hurriedly prepared in the Miločer park complex was clear on Friday, because workers were arranging the park areas, cleaning the entire area, while the final preparations were being made to put the Kraljeva plaža under the Miločer villa into operation.
Adriatic Properties told the news that this beach will also be in operation as soon as lifeguards are provided, such as the western Svetostefanska beach and Kraljičina beach.
