HMD Energy Construction plans to build a residential building in Bečići consisting of two blocks with six floors. The project includes a rooftop swimming pool on one of the blocks.
The building will be constructed on a 1,409 m² plot and will have two underground basement levels, a ground floor, and six upper floors. Parking is planned with 76 spaces in the garages located on the basement and subterranean levels, plus an additional eight parking spaces on the plot, totaling 84 parking spots.
Block A will feature a mix of one-bedroom apartments and studios across various floors, with five one-bedroom apartments and one studio on the ground floor, and similar distributions on the upper floors. Block B will have parking in the underground levels and a similar apartment layout from the first to the sixth floor, with a rooftop pool planned on the top floor.
Entrances to the building are planned on the eastern side for Block A and the northern side for Block B. The design meets architectural, spatial, and visual standards for a residential building.
