The company Sport Vision – Bravera is building the largest retail park in Montenegro, covering approximately 40,000 square meters in Bijelo Polje.
This was announced by the Mayor of Bijelo Polje, Petar Smolović, at the RE:D conference held in Podgorica.
The largest open-air shopping center, City Park, will be located in the industrial zone of Nedakusi, on the site of the former Vunarski Kombinat.
Construction of the first phase has already begun. According to earlier information, the project will include a shopping mall, hospitality and service facilities, a children’s playground, a fountain, and a souvenir shop dedicated to the Vunarski Kombinat.
In the second phase, plans include the construction of a logistics center, as well as a sports and recreation center and an event center.
Last year, Bravera received approval from the chief state architect for the renovation and reconstruction of part of the former Vunarski Kombinat facilities. The conceptual design was created by the firm Mediteran Company from Budva.
