The Games of Chance Administration generated total revenues of €39.22 million in the first eleven months of the year, marking an increase of 29.56% compared to the same period last year.
“November results were particularly notable, with €4.27 million in revenue, representing a 40.71% increase compared to November of last year,” the Administration stated.
By category, the strongest growth was recorded in casino games, which generated €6.77 million, up 45.5% year-on-year.
“Total revenues from online games of chance and other telecommunications-based games reached €14.76 million, reflecting a 33.44% increase. Revenue from slot machine clubs also rose, reaching €8.15 million, which represents growth of 41.11%,” the Administration reported.
Sports betting brought in €9.49 million, an increase of 8.79% compared to last year.
“These results confirm that the ongoing reforms in the gaming sector— including the adoption of the new Law on Games of Chance and the modernization of the Administration’s information system—are delivering clear and measurable outcomes. The new Law introduces clearer business regulations and a more modern oversight approach, emphasizing responsible gaming and the protection of participants,” the statement said.
In this context, the Games of Chance Administration continues its successful cooperation with the Ministry of Finance to implement government policies aimed at strengthening the regulatory framework and increasing market transparency.
“Accordingly, the Administration will continue to further enhance its information system, improve oversight mechanisms, and reinforce conditions for sustainable and transparent development of the games of chance market in Montenegro,” the statement concluded.
