The Association of Managers of Montenegro (AMM) and the Science and Technology Park (NTP) have signed a cooperation agreement to jointly promote leadership, innovation and digital transformation as foundations for a modern and competitive Montenegrin economy.
The agreement, signed by AMM President Budimir Raičković and NTP Executive Director Valentina Radulović, formalizes collaboration in education, support for the startup ecosystem, digital transformation, human resource development, and projects under the AMM Academy.
Raičković emphasized the mission of AMM as a leading managerial organization to build bridges between knowledge, business, and innovation. He highlighted the partnership with NTP as an opportunity for management structures to actively contribute to shaping Montenegro’s digital future.
Radulović noted that the partnership is a crucial step in strengthening leadership and innovation in the digital era. Through joint educational programs, startup support, and human capital development, the collaboration aims to connect Montenegro’s managerial and technological capacities, forming the basis for a knowledge-driven competitive economy.
The agreement outlines cooperation in leadership development in digital environments, digital transformation of small and medium enterprises, human resource growth—especially in the tech sector—engagement with international initiatives, and joint applications for EU projects.
Future activities will also include organizing conferences, panels, workshops, and supporting the development of the AMM Academy as an innovative platform for training future leaders and innovators.
