“Montenegro geopolitically belongs to the West, and that is why direct investments from the USA are important, which would have an impact on increasing the credibility of our investment environment. We want to see American investors involved in strategic investments, such as the LNG terminal in the Port of Bar”, emphasized Prime Minister in technical mandate Dritan Abazovic, at a round table with representatives of the US trade mission, which brings together 22 American companies from the ICT and clean technology industries.
Abazovic has invited American investors to invest in sustainable sources of energy, such as solar panels, introducing them to the fact that Montenegro is a regional energy hub that can place its product on the European market without major problems.
The American ambassador, Judy Rising Reinke, has pointed out that this is a historic visit, the first of its kind organized in Montenegro. She has stated that Montenegro is a perfect place for testing and developing large projects and at the same time a great place to live.
