Prime Minister Milojko Spajić extended his congratulations to the citizens and leadership of Bar on November 24, celebrating both the Municipality Day and the 80th anniversary of Bar’s Liberation during World War II.
“Bar stands as the most important national economic, business and transport hub. The capital projects we are launching, supported by European funds, will bring significant benefits to this municipality,” said Spajić.
He also noted that Bar’s tourism sector continues to grow year by year, with a major wave of investment on the horizon that will boost both the coastal region and the entire country’s economic and transportation infrastructure.
In his message, Spajić emphasized that Montenegro’s accelerated integration process will have a positive impact on expanding national markets, while improving the living standards of all citizens.
“The reopening of the seasonal ferry route connecting Montenegro with Italy marks the beginning of new partnerships and enhanced cooperation with EU countries,” Spajić concluded.
