The investor Model Slovenia Invest plans to construct a residential building consisting of two separate blocks. In Phase 1, the project includes the construction of Block A with the structure Po+Su+Gf+2 floors, while Phase 2 foresees the construction of Block B, which will have Su+Gf+3 floors.
The maximum gross building area is 3,254.88 m². Block A is designed with 23 apartments of various layouts and sizes, along with 33 parking spaces. Block B will include 20 apartments and 11 parking spaces.
There are no existing structures on the designated urban parcels, and the land has not been developed. The building will have direct access to the road infrastructure.
In total, 43 apartments are planned across both blocks—30 one-bedroom units and 13 two-bedroom units. The project also includes full landscaping of the surrounding area within the parcel. All pedestrian pathways and entrance access areas will be finished with stamped concrete, while open areas along the access road will be landscaped with native greenery.
