Germany’s national airline, Lufthansa, will significantly increase its regular flights to Tivat during the upcoming summer season.
Lufthansa, one of the world’s largest and most respected airlines, has been operating seasonal flights to Tivat since 2019.
For the upcoming IATA summer season, the German carrier will operate flights to Tivat from two major airports in Germany—Frankfurt and Munich.
While flights from Munich will start later this year compared to last year—beginning in June instead of May—Lufthansa will increase the frequency of flights during two of the five months of the summer season. Instead of just one flight per week, the airline will operate two weekly flights in June and August on the Munich-Tivat route. In July, September, and October, Lufthansa will maintain one weekly flight.
From Frankfurt, Lufthansa will also begin operating flights to Tivat in May with one weekly flight, similar to last year. However, this year the airline will double the frequency in the following five summer months, increasing from one weekly flight to two flights per week in June, July, August, September, and October.
This means Lufthansa will carry out approximately 70 flights from Frankfurt and Munich to Tivat during the 2025 summer IATA season.
