According to the Ministry of Economic Development, the first constituent meeting of the Coordination Body for Monitoring and Analyzing the Price Movements of Products Essential for the Health and Well-being of Citizens was held today. The body is also tasked with market supply monitoring and proposing measures to address the consequences of price increases for these products.
The meeting, chaired by Vice Prime Minister for Economic Policy and Minister of Economic Development, Nik Gjeloshaj, discussed and adopted the working rules for the Coordination Body.

This requires continuous monitoring and analysis. The meeting placed special emphasis on discussing proposals for further actions aimed at stabilizing prices of essential products,” the statement reads.
Conditions were also created to establish a dialogue with all relevant stakeholders to assess the overall market situation and propose measures to protect consumers and maintain economic stability.
