Lidl is building a central warehouse and logistics center for Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro in Kiseljak, said the head of that municipality, Mladen Mišurić Ramljak.
– Lidl BiH, which is building its own central warehouse and logistics centers for BiH and Montenegro, is now a big investment. Three more companies bought land there. There are 300-400 new jobs, said the head of the Municipality of Kiseljak, Mladen Mišurić Ramljak.
So far, it is known that Lidl is the owner of two locations in Podgorica and one in Nikšić. In the capital, they bought a municipal plot of about 14,000 square meters behind the building of Radio and Television of Montenegro for about EUR 10.8 million. They bought a plot of about 13,000 square meters from the bankruptcy administration of Radoje Dakić, for which they offered about EUR 4 million. In Nikšić, they bought the former administrative building of the Bauxite Mine and the plot around and behind it, of about eight thousand square meters.
