Jugopetrol will begin paying out dividends to its shareholders on Wednesday, with a gross amount of €1.29 per share.
The total gross dividend to be distributed amounts to €6 million. For resident shareholders, the net dividend per share is €1.09.
The decision to distribute dividends was made at the Shareholders’ Assembly held on June 4.
“Shareholders listed in the registry of the Central Securities Depository and Clearing House as of the date the dividend decision was made are entitled to receive the payment,” the company announced.
The dividend will be paid out through Erste Bank’s branch network.
Individual shareholders are required to present a valid ID to the bank, while corporate shareholders must submit a payment request on company letterhead using a format available on the bank’s website (www.erstebank.me), in branches of Erste Bank, or by request via email at info@erstebank.me or dividenda@erstebank.me.
