The Regulatory Agency for Energy and Regulated Utilities (REGAGEN) has issued several licenses to SEF Trans from Rozaje and Dekar from Podgorica to carry out energy activities.
At the session on Wednesday, the Board of REGAGEN issued SEF Trans a license to carry out the activity of transporting oil derivatives by means of transport.
The license is valid until October 4th, 2033.
The licensee is obliged to, if he intends to continue performing the licensed activity even after the license expires, submit a request for a new license 60 days before the license expires.
In addition, the regulator issued licenses to the Dekar company for retail trade in oil derivatives and liquid petroleum gas.
Licenses are issued for the period from October 26th this year to November 5th, 2030.
