In the coming period, four significant investors from Turkey will come to Montenegro, who will develop businesses in the fields of finance, healthcare and education.
This was announced by the country’s ambassador, Bariša Kalkavan, at a meeting with the Minister of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property, Janko Odović.
As it was announced, during the meeting mutual interest was expressed in the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Governments of the two countries, which would be implemented by the MDUP and the Ministry of Environment, Urbanism and Climate Change of the Republic of Turkey.
– I hope that we will agree on the text of the Memorandum as soon as possible and start the signing process – Minister Odović said.
Ambassador Kalkavan particularly emphasized Turkey’s willingness to help with expertise, in terms of the exchange of experts and organizations in the field of spatial planning and urbanism through the Turkish Agency for International Cooperation and Coordination – TIKA.
During the conversation, the possibility of organizing a meeting between Minister Odović and Turkish investors was announced, with the support of the Turkish Chamber of Commerce, as an example of good practice for improving the business environment.
