The company Dobra Gradnja from Podgorica has received approval to construct a mixed-use residential and commercial building in the Ilino neighborhood of Bar.
The Environmental Protection Agency granted approval based on the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for the project. The assessment confirmed that the EIA was prepared in accordance with the law and includes measures to prevent, reduce, or mitigate negative environmental impacts.
The decision requires the developer to implement all construction activities in compliance with the environmental protection measures outlined in the EIA. These measures cover prevention and mitigation during construction, operation, and in case of accidents, as well as a monitoring program to track the project’s environmental impact.
The building will cover over 6,500 square meters, with commercial spaces on the ground floor and seven floors of residential units and tourist apartments. It will include six commercial units, 25 apartments, and 28 residential units. Underground parking is planned. The above-ground floors will total 5,535.44 m², while the overall building area, including the basement, will be 6,565.87 m².
