Dadi Export plans to build four residential-commercial buildings in the Zabjelo area of Podgorica, within the Zabjelo Ljubović urban plan. These adjacent plots will form a residential complex totaling nearly 70,000 square meters of new construction, including underground levels, with 357 apartments of various sizes and layouts.
The first building will cover 4,004.99 m² and feature two sections with a total gross floor area of 18,454.95 m². It will have 80 apartments—ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom units—and 20 commercial spaces. There will be two underground levels, ground floor, four floors, and an attic. Parking includes 180 spaces, with 20 reserved for persons with reduced mobility.
The second building will also have two sections on a 4,186.66 m² plot, with a total gross floor area of 19,580.55 m². It will contain 88 apartments and 20 commercial spaces, plus 230 parking spots (202 underground and 28 on the ground level).
The third building, on 4,383 m², will have two underground floors, ground floor, four floors, and attic, totaling 90 apartments and 27 commercial spaces. Parking includes 205 underground spots and 25 additional spaces outside.
The fourth building will cover 4,798.07 m² with a gross floor area of 18,160.2 m². It features three sections with 99 apartments and 24 commercial spaces, along with 153 parking spots (107 underground and 46 surface).
All buildings include a mix of one-bedroom to three-bedroom apartments, studios, and commercial premises on the ground floors. The designs were prepared by Cont-Ing and approved by the chief state architect earlier this year.
