Crnogorski Telekom has demonstrated significant business growth in 2025, solidifying its status as Montenegro’s premier telecommunications operator. The company has achieved consistent financial performance, marking its fifth consecutive year of growth and its 19th quarter of profitability. This positive trend is attributed to strategic investments in digital and network infrastructure, which have enhanced both revenue and customer satisfaction.
In its latest financial report, Crnogorski Telekom recorded a 3.4 percent increase in revenues compared to the previous year. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) rose by 5 percent, indicating improved operational efficiency. The net profit for 2025 also saw a substantial increase, rising from €5.8 million in 2024 to €7.7 million, reflecting a robust financial foundation that supports ongoing development initiatives.
The company has experienced notable subscriber growth across its key segments. The number of users on its optical network increased by 10 percent year-on-year, while both broadband and mobile internet customer bases expanded due to an enhanced network footprint. Crnogorski Telekom extended its fixed-network reach to approximately 9,000 additional households, bringing the total availability of fiber services to around 152,000 households. The mobile sector also maintained strong growth, particularly in 5G service uptake.
Customer satisfaction levels remained high throughout the year, with Crnogorski Telekom achieving a leading TRI*M index in the retail segment during the fourth quarter. The company maintained its top position across both consumer and business service lines. This strong customer confidence is reflected in an average rating of 4.9 on Trustpilot, showcasing significant brand trust among users of its digital and connectivity offerings.
Investment continued to be a critical factor for growth, with Crnogorski Telekom allocating approximately €18 million in 2025 towards modernizing network infrastructure and enhancing digital services. These investments have supported the expansion of the company’s extensive 5G network and the implementation of next-generation optical technologies capable of delivering download speeds up to 2 Gbps, aligning with standards seen in leading European markets.
Under the leadership of CEO Stjepan Udovičić, Crnogorski Telekom has emphasized innovation, operational excellence, cybersecurity, and sustainable business practices as key components of its growth strategy and competitive edge within Montenegro’s telecommunications landscape.
