The company Bonila plans to build a three-star apartment complex in Bečići. The development will consist of two buildings—Phase A and Phase B—with a total of 92 apartments.
According to the conceptual design prepared by Arhibiro, which has received approval from the Chief State Architect, the future complex will be built on a plot of nearly 3,000 square meters. The gross construction area of the apartment block will amount to 6,318.10 m². The underground levels of both buildings will be dedicated to parking, while the above-ground floors—from the ground level up to the recessed floor—will contain accommodation units.
Phase A will include a garage, ground floor, five full floors, and a recessed top floor. It will feature six studio apartments, 30 one-bedroom units, and two two-bedroom apartments.
Phase B will consist of a garage, basement, ground floor, five upper floors, and one recessed floor. This building will contain 14 studio apartments, 12 one-bedroom units, and 28 two-bedroom apartments. Altogether, the two phases will offer 92 apartments: 20 studios, 42 one-bedroom units, and 30 two-bedroom units.
Parking needs are fully met within the project parcel. A total of 94 parking spaces will be located in the underground garage levels (−2 and −1), with an additional three spaces on the ground level.
The project also includes a swimming pool planned in front of the complex.
In addition to Bonila, two private individuals are listed as co-investors.
