BM Development plans to build tourist apartments in the Ilino neighborhood of Bar. The project includes a building with a total of 49 accommodation units of various sizes and layouts.
The investor received approval from the chief state architect at the end of last year. According to the conceptual design by Arch & Construction studio from Ulcinj, the building will have two underground floors, a ground floor, and five upper floors. The building is intended for tourist accommodation, with apartments rented to tourists for short-term stays.
The two underground floors will serve as parking, providing 51 parking spaces in total. The ground floor will have two commercial spaces and six apartments. The first, second, and third floors will each have nine apartments, while the fourth and fifth floors will have eight apartments each, totaling 49 apartments.
The apartments will be fully equipped with separate bathrooms and kitchens, designed as studios, one-bedroom, and one-and-a-half-bedroom units. There will be 24 studio apartments, 18 one-bedroom, and 7 one-and-a-half-bedroom apartments. All parking spaces will be in the garage. The roof of the underground level will be greened, counted as landscaped green area rather than part of the plot coverage.
The total gross floor area of the building is 3,101 m² excluding underground floors, and 5,155 m² including them.
