The Berane Municipal Assembly has decided to finalize Annex 1 of the real estate sales contract with Lidl Montenegro. Temporary structures on the land must be demolished starting September 1.
The municipality is in ongoing communication with the owners of these temporary structures, offering alternative solutions. However, some owners have not accepted the proposals due to the nature of their businesses, as they require proximity to schools and other facilities.

The municipality is committed to helping these citizens and has even agreed to take responsibility for removing the structures, although this was originally the owners’ obligation under the contract.
There will be no delays—demolition must begin on September 1.
