The bankruptcy trustee Dejan Keković, in the bankruptcy proceedings of Vektra Jakić, has announced the sale of part of the assets of this former company owned by Dragan Brković, valued at €424,600.
The assets in question include a 314-square-meter plot of land beneath the buildings and a two-story business building with a total area of 591 square meters in Pljevlja.
In the first announcement issued by Keković, it is stated that there is a mortgage registered on the business premises in favor of OTP and CKB banks due to a debt of Vektra Montenegro, also in bankruptcy, amounting to €53 million. Additionally, there is a prohibition on alienation and a fiduciary lien in favor of Vektra Jakić due to a loan from Vektra Montenegro of €73 million. These assets are being sold only as a whole.
Both individuals and legal entities can submit offers by paying a deposit of 5% of the value of the asset part they are interested in. Offers can be submitted until February 13, with the opening of bids scheduled for the following day at the Commercial Court. The bankruptcy trustee is expected to make a decision on the best offer within eight days of opening the bids, and the property rights will be transferred to the buyer without encumbrances or restrictions once the full purchase price is paid, as stated in the announcement.
At the end of last year, Commercial Court judge Nemanja Popović approved the final list of recognized and disputed claims, which included Keković’s recognition of secured claims totaling €117.6 million. Of that amount, €525,400 was owed to the Tax Administration, which requested the bankruptcy, €112.8 million to OTP Bank, and €4.24 million to the state under a loan agreement.
The bankruptcy creditors, totaling 275, which include claims from institutions, various companies, and former employees of the company, were recognized a total of €92.5 million, including interest. The first payment category includes €2.87 million, while the third category contains €89.1 million, with the largest claim coming from the former Vektra Montenegro, also in bankruptcy, amounting to €71.5 million. There were no claims classified under the second payment category.
