Arab businessman and owner of Eagle Hills, Mohamed Alabbar, confirmed he will definitely invest in Montenegro but has not decided on a specific location yet, dismissing rumors about Buljarica as speculation. He indicated that his investments will most likely focus on projects in the southern part of the country, which he has already visited.
In an interview with TVCG, Alabbar emphasized his goal to return all beaches in Ulcinj to the local community. He stated that he will only invest where locals are supportive, acknowledging that several municipalities have approached him with various projects. If Ulcinj residents do not want development, he will respect that.
Alabar mentioned that while they have visited several coastal sites, no decisions have been finalized yet, but he is confident about building something positive in Montenegro. Regarding the beaches under their control, he said they plan to give them back to local leaseholders to avoid disturbing the community, calling the previous beach management idea a bad one.
