Alternativa Crna Gora has called on citizens to boycott all supermarkets in the country on March 11th and 14th, Tuesday and Friday next week.
They expressed pride in their fellow citizens, stating that together they are “making history of civic courage and solidarity.”
“Our collective determination sends a clear message that the people will no longer remain silent,” said representatives from Alternativa Crna Gora.
According to them, each empty shopping cart in the supermarkets represents a vote for a fairer society, respect for customers, and a better future.
“Those who thought we would give up now know that the people of Montenegro have awakened, and no one can put us back to sleep! But we will not stop here; on Tuesday, March 11th and Friday, March 14th, we will take a new, even stronger step, with a nationwide boycott of all supermarkets in Montenegro”, the statement concluded.
