AIK Group acquires majority stake in Montenegro’s Hipotekarna Banka

AIK Group, owned by Serbian businessman Aleksandar Kostić, has purchased 74.9% of Hipotekarna Banka in Montenegro for €74.98 million. The price per share was €9.77, with a total of 7.67 million shares traded.

AIK Group received approval from the Central Bank of Montenegro last week to acquire a majority stake in the bank.
