Aegean Airlines, Greece’s national carrier, is set to adjust its flight schedule for the upcoming winter season 2024/25, spanning from October 27 to March 29.
According to Ex-Yu Aviation News, the airline will cease its year-round flights between Athens and Podgorica. Instead, it will offer flights to the Montenegrin capital twice a week until November 17. Services will then be paused until December 18, after which they will resume twice a week for the holiday season until January 5. Following this period, flights will be suspended again until the end of the winter season.
This adjustment marks a shift from the previous winter season, during which Aegean Airlines maintained twice-weekly flights between Athens and Podgorica throughout the year.
Additionally, Aegean Airlines will scale back its operations in Skopje but will increase flight frequencies on routes to Zagreb and Belgrade.
