Montenegrin company Stublina has received environmental clearance to build a 5-star hotel on the seafront in Bečići. The project includes an 11-story building featuring 127 rooms and apartments.
The Environmental Protection Agency approved the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for the project, confirming that the report complies with national environmental regulations and includes measures to prevent, reduce, or mitigate potential environmental impacts. The project developer is required to follow these measures during construction, operation, and in case of accidents, as well as implement a monitoring program to track environmental impacts.
The planned hotel will include two underground levels, a ground floor, and 11 above-ground floors. The lower underground level (-2) will house a garage with 44 parking spaces, while the upper underground level (-1) will feature a pension restaurant, kitchen, and technical and storage areas. The ground floor will include the reception, lobby, hotel restaurant, and outdoor terrace for the bar and restaurant. The first floor will host a conference hall, wellness area with a pre-space, and an indoor pool. Floors two through 11 will be dedicated to guest accommodations.
In total, the hotel will offer 127 units, including 114 rooms and 13 apartments. Floors two through ten will have 12 rooms and one apartment each, while the 11th floor will feature six rooms and four apartments.
