The Montenegro Chamber of Commerce booth at the international technology fair GITEX EUROPE 2025 in Berlin attracted significant attention from visitors interested in products from 15 domestic companies. These companies develop software solutions, digital services, and innovative products with global market potential.
GITEX Europe 2025 provided a unique opportunity for Montenegrin ICT companies to participate collectively for the first time in such an environment. The Chamber of Commerce facilitated this to integrate the domestic ICT sector into the modern world of technology. Local entrepreneurs established many business contacts and learned about the latest technological trends and policies. Organized participation supports not only the ICT sector but also the overall Montenegrin economy by aiding digital transformation across industries.
The Montenegro booth was visited by Saule Jefferies from the GITEX organizing team, who highlighted Montenegro’s presence within the European pavilion and praised the Chamber’s invitation to impressive companies. She noted new partnerships, including with the Government of Kazakhstan, where next year’s GITEX – Central Asia and Caucasus event will be held.
Representatives from the UAE delegation also expressed interest in collaborating with the Chamber to expand opportunities in Montenegro. They noted the country’s growing startup ecosystem and alignment with EU guidelines, which makes Montenegro an attractive destination for innovation projects supported by international initiatives.
Positive feedback came from Viacheslav Kostin, CEO of WISLACODE, who emphasized the professionalism and flexibility of Montenegrin IT companies and looked forward to ongoing partnerships.
Among the participating Montenegrin companies were Codeus, The Badger MNE, Trony Network, Montex Elektronika, DigitalDen, ČIKOM, Codepixel, Data Design, Digital Fabric, Logate, WinSoft, BURA Cloud Montenegro, Profit App International, Coinis, and a representative from the European Patent Organization.
Jovan Radnić from Logate shared that on the first day he held around 30 meetings with potential foreign partners. He highlighted the fair’s large number of exhibitors and visitors and emphasized efforts to promote both their company and Montenegro as a destination for their fintech conference INFINTECH. He noted the importance of gaining visibility alongside companies from Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and the Middle East.
Vladimir Brković from Codepixel stressed the value of attending such an event due to the wide range of industries represented and the opportunity to connect with firms offering innovative products.
Aleksandar Radulović from Montex Elektronika pointed out that GITEX not only facilitates international exposure but also improves networking within the Montenegrin ICT community. He sees the event as a chance to learn about domestic solutions and explore joint appearances on new markets.
Predrag Bulajić, founder and CEO of Winsoft, said participation helped the company gain a clearer picture of regional and European markets. He described the event as a prestigious gathering of top developers, investors, and system integrators, which allowed them to meet various European and global partners and better understand local peers.
ProfitApp Academy used the fair to present their new mobile app, Kinta. Director Nenad Đorđević said the event allowed them to benchmark against European innovations and expressed confidence in becoming a leading player in the European market in the coming years.
Digital Fabric also showcased their project, with Elena Gureva emphasizing the Chamber’s support and the potential to attract investors. The company aims to promote Montenegro as a tourist destination through their AI travel assistant designed to attract more visitors.
