The Housing Cooperative of Education Workers of Montenegro, Solidarno Podgorica, has announced a call for bids to select a company that will build residential-commercial buildings in Dobrota.
According to the call, the planned construction includes residential-commercial buildings A, B, and C with a Po+P+2 floor plan, to be built on a “turnkey” basis, along with securing financial resources for the completion of the entire project.
The decision on the contract award will be made within 90 days from the opening of the bids.
The construction work must be completed within 18 months from the commencement of the project.
Bids should be submitted no later than April 25th by 3:00 PM. The public opening of the bids will take place on April 29th at 12:30 PM at the SZ Solidarno office in Podgorica.
