The Montenegrin Transport Administration has launched a tender for the reconstruction of the regional road R-15, on the section between Rijeka Crnojevića and Donji Ulići. The estimated value of the works is €9.4 million (excluding VAT), and the project covers approximately 8 kilometers.
Key elements include road widening, construction of retaining walls, and improvements to the stormwater drainage system using concrete gutters, existing channels, and culverts.
The project also includes the restoration of the historic stone bridge “Ljeskovac” to preserve its cultural and historical significance. Authorities say the reconstruction will improve connectivity between Cetinje and Rijeka Crnojevića and promote tourism and economic development in the area.
