Crnogorski Telekom continued its four-year revenue and operating profit growth trend in 2024, achieving a consistent increase in revenue and EBITDA over 15 consecutive quarters. The company’s financial results reflect stable business trends, with positive progress in both retail and wholesale segments. Revenues grew by 7.5% compared to 2023, reaching €90.4 million, while operating profit before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) reached €32.1 million, a 6.5% increase compared to the previous period.

According to a survey conducted by an independent agency for Deutsche Telekom using the globally recognized TRI*M methodology, the company achieved its best customer satisfaction result to date, reflecting the dedication of all employees, particularly those working directly with customers.
Growth in key customer segments In 2024, Crnogorski Telekom saw growth in key segments, particularly in optical network and mobile phone services, with positive results in TV and broadband services.
- Optical network: The number of customers increased by 13%, with investments expanding the optical network by an additional 10,000 homes (+7%), reaching a total of 143,000 homes.
- Mobile telephony: With strong 5G and 4G performance and high customer satisfaction, the postpaid customer base grew by 6%.
- Mobile internet: The mobile internet customer base grew by 6% compared to 2023.
- Broadband and TV services: The number of broadband subscribers grew by 1.3%, reaching 85,000 users, while the TV customer base grew by 2.2%.
