The total value of completed construction works in Montenegro in 2022 was EUR 775 million, which is 2.1% less compared to the previous year.
Monstat’s data show that the value of completed construction works on buildings amounted to EUR 369 million, while on other buildings it amounted to EUR 406 million.
– In 2022, 4,053 apartments with a usable area of 281,000 m² were completed – they stated from Monstat.
As they explained, the value of the completed construction works includes all the built-in building materials and labor used, regardless of whether they were paid for or not.
Data on the value of completed works refer to works carried out in the reporting year on completed and unfinished buildings.
